Carpenter Consulting was created in 2022 from Carpenter's desire to escape a toxic year and participate in a career she was passionate about. She promised herself to be intentional on what, and who, she wanted to give her professional time to going forward. In 2022 she re-claimed her love of reading, finishing almost 70 books, and started writing again.  Eyes closed tightly, she pressed enter to submit her first story! She had some really great conversations with old and new friends that were also looking to change themselves and the world around them.

Suddenly, opportunities that brought together her love of the non-profit world and writing were right in front of her.

With 20+ years under her belt as a business owner and non-profit leader, Jen started helping other businesses with the tasks that she enjoyed and was skilled at, but that they were avoiding.  She began consulting on grant writing, strategic planning, fundraising events and just good old fashioned listening so she could offer advice from her experience.

Jen's experience includes over a decade of business ownership in the service, manufacturing and product development fields as well as 20 years of experience in non-profit and a decade at the President/CEO position.
